1. Who we are

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You must not be accessing the Service from a territory where online betting is prohibited or where we do not offer service. We may use geolocation to enforce this.
- Employees, officers and their close relatives of WBet, and anyone barred by a regulator, may not hold an account.
We may ask you to prove your age or identity at any time and may suspend access until you do.
3. Your account
- You may hold one account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be closed and balances voided.
- You must give accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor device secure, and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@wbet.bet if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow anyone else to use your account or bet on another person’s behalf.
4. Identity verification, AML & sanctions
We are required to perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. We may request identification, proof of address, proof of payment ownership and source-of-funds information at any time, and may restrict deposits, betting or withdrawals until verification is complete. We may refuse or unwind transactions, and report activity to authorities, where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering or sanctions breaches.
5. Deposits
- You may only deposit funds that are legally yours, from a payment source registered in your own name.
- Available deposit methods, minimums and limits are shown at the point of deposit and may change.
- Manual deposit methods (e.g. crypto transfers, agent transfers) are credited after we confirm receipt; this may take time and may require the information or screenshot you submit to match the payment.
- We do not provide credit and your wallet does not earn interest. Funds are for betting on the Service.
6. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals require a verified account and may be subject to additional review above certain thresholds.
- We aim to process withdrawals promptly but may delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification, investigation of suspected abuse, or to comply with law.
- We may return funds to the original deposit method and may decline withdrawals that would breach AML or responsible-gambling rules.
- Where bonus funds are involved, withdrawal is subject to the applicable promotion terms (see section 9).
7. Betting rules
- A bet is only accepted once it is confirmed by our systems and appears in your bet history. We may decline any bet, in whole or in part.
- Bets are settled using the odds shown and accepted at the time the bet was placed, except as stated below.
- We settle markets using the official result and the result sources we rely on. If a result is corrected, we may re-settle affected bets.
- Obvious / palpable errors: if a price, line, or settlement was clearly wrong (e.g. a manifest pricing error or the wrong team listed), we may void the bet or settle at the correct terms.
- Voids: where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or a market cannot be fairly settled, affected selections are voided (treated at odds of 1.00) and stakes returned for those selections.
- Cash out and in-play betting are offered at our discretion; prices change quickly and a request may be rejected if the market moves or suspends before it is accepted.
- Maximum payouts, market limits and per-selection limits may apply and are applied per the rules in force when the bet is settled.
8. Wallet, currency & errors
Balances are held in the currency shown on your account. If an amount is wrongly credited to your account (for example through a technical fault or settlement error), it remains our property and we may correct your balance. You must tell us promptly if you notice an error in your favour.
9. Bonuses & promotions
Promotions are optional and each is governed by its own specific terms (including wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits and maximum conversions). Abuse of promotions — including bonus-only play, collusion or arbitrage solely to extract bonus value — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and related winnings.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, use of stolen or third-party payment methods, or money laundering.
- Collusion, match-fixing, use of inside information, or betting on events you can influence.
- Bots, scripts, automated tools, or exploiting a bug, latency or pricing error.
- Opening multiple accounts or circumventing closures, exclusions or geographic restrictions (including via VPN).
We may suspend or close accounts, void bets and withhold funds connected to prohibited conduct.
11. Responsible gambling
We want betting to stay fun. You can set deposit, stake and loss limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude from your account controls. We may also apply limits or close an account where we have concerns about a customer’s wellbeing. If gambling stops being enjoyable, please seek support from a recognised problem-gambling organisation in your country.
12. Suspension & closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@wbet.bet. We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, where required by law, where these Terms are breached, or to protect the Service or other customers. On closure we will return any withdrawable balance after applicable checks.
13. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding and data on the Service are owned by WBet or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for placing bets. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute any part of the Service.
14. Availability & disclaimers
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, interruptions, or reliance on odds, statistics or results displayed.
15. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the amount in your account balance at the relevant time and [cap amount].

Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
